Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using any of the Sonora Cinematic Ltd sample libraries.
By purchasing a copy of any Sonora Cinematic product, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read and understand this End User License Agreement (EULA) and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
All of the sounds included in Sonora Cinematics products are created and owned by Sonora Cinematic.
By purchasing a copy of a Sonora Cinematic product, Sonora Cinematic grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to freely use the enclosed sounds for any commercial purpose under the following conditions:
- The Licensee is not permitted, at any time, or under any circumstances, to modify the Software Product or create any derivative work of the Software Product or its accompanying documentation. Material may not be extracted and used in isolation in any way and derivative works include but are not limited to commercially available samples, new sample libraries, or virtual (digital) instruments.
- The Licensee is not permitted to use sounds from a Sonora Cinematic product in isolation, out of the context of a musical composition.
Returns/Refunds - Kontakt Player Products
Kontakt Player products sold by Sonora Cinematic are provided with a serial number to be registered in Native Access, and that is required to unlock the library. These products are sold "as is" with no warranty. A refund will be issued for a Kontakt Player product only if the customer contacts Sonora Cinematic within 48 hours of the order, and the redemption key provided was not used to unlock the product.
This refund provision applies exclusively to Kontakt Player products. It does not apply to Soundbox instruments or any other digital product format, which are addressed under "Right of Withdrawal - Digital Content" below.
Right of Withdrawal - Digital Content
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673), consumers purchasing online generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from their purchase without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to the purchase of digital content, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and has acknowledged that doing so results in the loss of the right of withdrawal.
By completing checkout on sonoracinematic.com and confirming the checkbox presented at that stage, the customer:
- expressly requests that delivery of the digital product(s) in their order begin immediately upon completion of purchase; and
- acknowledges and agrees that, by doing so, they lose their statutory right of withdrawal for that digital content.
This waiver applies to all Sonora Cinematic digital products, including but not limited to Kontakt Player libraries, Soundbox instruments, and other assets produced by Sonora Cinematic Ltd, all of which are delivered electronically and made available for download immediately upon completion of an order.
Where a Kontakt Player product has not yet been unlocked using its redemption key, the separate 48-hour refund provision above applies instead of this waiver.
