It depends. We are in the process of updating all our libraries to run on the free version of Kontakt, Kontakt Player, but some will still require the full version of Kontakt. Check the individual product pages for minimum requirements.

Some of our products can be downloaded via Pulse Downloader, some of them can be downloaded and installed directly on Native Access 2.

After your order is processed, you will get an email with instructions on how to install the specific product you purchased.

Due to the nature of the product, we cannot offer returns unless you contact us within 48 hours of your order and the product has not been downloaded (i.e. the redemption key provided has not been used).

We are not able to provide you with a trial version of our sample libraries due to the nature of our products. You can however download Magnetica REDUX and other free products that we release in the future as they will often be limited versions of larger libraries (just like Magnetica is for Magnetism).

At this time, all the products sold by Sonora Cinematic are digital downloads only.
